Senior High School in Malvar now offers the convenience of online enrollment.
1. What to Expect in Online Enrollment:
YOU will fill out an online enrollment form taking 10-15 minutes, that includes information about you, household information and details about your previous school. Registration processing will be handled by the school and notifications will be sent via email as the registration moves through the approval process.

2. Please have the following information/documents available before you begin Online Enrollment.
Primary Documents - PSA Birth Certificate and latest report card (Form 138) in .pdf format. If you choose to have a copy in .jpg format (picture format) please make sure that they are clear and readable.
Additional Documents (if available) - Certificate of Completion, Certificate of Good Morale Character and School Form 10/Form 137 in .pdf format. If you choose to have a copy in .jpg format (picture format) please make sure that they are clear and readable.
Household information - physical address, mailing address and phone numbers. Parent/Guardian information - contact numbers;
Student information - demographic information. Student name and date of birth should be entered exactly as it is on the birth certificate. Emergency contacts (2) - addresses and phone numbers; LRN (Learning Reference Number); Last School Year completed;
Prior school - School Name, address and School ID (only for returning learners "Balik Aral")
Track and Strand - What strand would you like to study? STEM? HUMSS? ABM?TVL-HE? TVL-ICT? TVL-AUTO? TVL-EIM?
3. How Online Enrollment Works?
Step 1. Fill out the necessary information in the enrollment link
Step 2. Once you have completed filling up the form, you will receive an EMAIL (very important) in your given email address.
Then the registrar will verify your credentials.

Answer: To apply for STEM Strand, the student MUST met the following
a. GWA 85% and above in Mathematics b. GWA 85% and above in Science c. 86% and above percentile rank in STEM in NCAE
