Dr. Jhomar C. Sor, Principal II of Malvar SHS, virtually presents the School Monitoring Evaluation and Plan Adjustments (SMEPA) via Google Meet, Nov. 24.
This report was discussed before the Public Schools District Supervisor, Dr. Gina Laksamana; Malvar SHS’s 46 teaching and 3 non-teaching personnel; Ms. Anna Montealto, Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman of Malvar; Mrs. Annalyn Garing. the new PTA president; and Isabela Russel Villapando, President of the Supreme Student Government and representing the entire studentry.
In his presentation, Dr. Sor highlighted Access, Quality, and Governance with regards to implementing the school’s programs and projects over the years. He also talked about issues that relate to their implementation. Furthermore, he laid out the newly-initiated projects such as COLLAB FOR ONE (integration of activities in different subjects), SPLIT-TYPE SCHED (simplified schedule by subject grouping), and the continuation of the school’s subscription to G Suite for Education. In the end, he expressed his intention of implementing already conceptualized projects such as an improved educational management information system and Malvar SHS faculty application.
