The SHS in Malvar email digest generally publishes articles during the school year and on a more limited schedule during holidays, breaks and summer.

Help us understand your timeline for sharing this information. If you have specific deadlines (registration closes, for example) please make sure to note these in the notes field. While we will make every effort to accommodate requested dates, the editors reserve the right to use discretion regarding publish dates and slotting content with the above themes in mind.

Attach a document:
When you attach a document, you can simply note to "see attachments" in the fields above. We often cannot pull text from a PDF document.

Photo: We rely on quality art to tell your story. If there is preferred art, please include a high-resolution image (minimum width of 1000 pixels, preferably 2000 pixels) with your submission. Horizontal photos with an editorial perspective are preferred whenever possible. Please keep in mind the image will be displayed in a variety of crops and sizes across the website.
If no art is submitted or the asset does not meet our editorial standards, staff will select or replace the art at our discretion. If there are smaller images you would like to include in the body of the text, they should have a minimum size of 300 x 300 pixels for best results.
Inappropriate or off-topic assets will cause your submission to be rejected. Please also make sure you have the rights to use the image you select.
